We are seeking a highly detail-oriented, efficient, and organized Accounts Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in accounting processes and a proven ability to work effectively under pressure. This role requires a goal-driven professional with excellent analytical and technical skills, as well as a commitment to supporting our organization’s vision and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
Record day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accuracy in the general ledger.
Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial accounts regularly.
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Monitor cash flow and provide updates to management as needed.
Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations (if required).
Manage expense tracking and categorization.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filings when necessary.
Provide administrative support related to financial documentation and recordkeeping.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in general accounting roles.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
