Compliance Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Process all incoming Client account applications in line with the Company’s Onboarding Policy.
  • Utilize ClickUp CRM for daily tasks and communicating with colleagues
  • Conduct initial reviews for offers in a timely manner on funnels in line with guidance provided by CRO.
  • Conduct re-reviews after clients have made necessary updates to new and existing funnels
  • Handle label & Certificate of Analysis reviews on behalf of clients and FDA consultant, request changes from clients on high-risk issues highlighted – update ClickUp CRM
  • Request Approved Label letters from 3rd party vendors and upload to the relevant offers
  • Monitor skype chats for compliance related questions and respond in a timely manner
  • Communicate with the tech integration department and business development managers to ensure funnels are integrated in a quick fashion.
  • Escalate blocking issues to Compliance manager or CRO so they can be resolved in timely manner
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations that impact the company's operations and update compliance policies and procedures as necessary
  • Upload and monitor existing funnels for changes via visualping
  • AOB as deemed by the CRO


Experience Requirements:

  • Call center or compliance experience is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently
  • Self-starter and motivated
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
  • Warm professionalism.
  • Strong team player and able to collaborate with colleagues to achieve the best results.

Hours: 9AM - 5 PM EST

Location: 100% Remote
