Yomali is seeking a visionary Group CEO to provide strategic direction and accelerate sustainable growth across a diverse portfolio of software-driven business units. In this pivotal role, you’ll partner with operationally strong Business Unit CEOs and General Managers, elevating leadership, sharpening long-term vision, driving accountability, and leading transformation through decisive action.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned executive with a track record of scaling multiple software businesses, developing high-performing leaders, and delivering measurable results in dynamic global environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement clear, actionable growth strategies for multiple business units, ensuring alignment with the group’s overall mission and long-term goals.

  • Oversee budget planning, resource allocation, and financial performance across all business units.

  • Monitor trends and emerging opportunities to keep the company agile and competitive.

  • Facilitate collaboration across business units and the executive team to ensure fluid communication and knowledge-sharing.

  • Ensure consistent performance improvement using internal benchmarks and best practices

  • Make data-driven, financially sound decisions to support sustainable growth.

  • Mentor and guide a cohort of CEOs, supporting their shift from daily operations to high-level strategic thinking and leadership development.

  • Attract, develop, and retain top-tier talent.

  • Foster a culture rooted in innovation, empowerment, and accountability across leadership teams.

  • Lead senior managers and directors with a focus on coaching, feedback, and inclusive decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred);

  • Minimum 5 years of senior executive experience, with a history of leading multiple business units or holding a group CEO/President role.

  • Demonstrated ability to drive strategic transformation and business growth through leadership development and operational excellence.

  • Demonstrated track record of coaching senior leaders and leading strategic, business-wide change.

  • Expert grasp of financial management, including managing budgets, P&Ls, KPIs, and commercial analysis.

  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience driving change, digital transformation, and scaling businesses.
