You will bring structure to complexity, clarity to decision-making, and pace to execution.
What You’ll Own
End-to-end ownership of the Group finance function across multiple countries and entities
Design and execution of a global finance operating model
Treasury strategy, capital allocation, and financial engineering to support growth and M&A
Development of a high-performance finance organization (current team of 12, scaling with acquisitions)
Implementation of systems, automation, and reporting infrastructure
Board-level reporting, insight generation, and strategic decision support
Full accountability for audit, tax, compliance, and risk across jurisdictions
What Success Looks Like
Within 12 months, you will have:
Built a scalable, best-in-class finance function with clear ownership and accountability
Reduced month-end close from weeks to days through automation and process redesign
Established real-time, decision-grade reporting across the Group
Positioned finance as a trusted strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team
Enabled seamless integration of acquisitions through a repeatable finance playbook
What We’re Looking For
10–15+ years in senior finance leadership roles, ideally within private equity-backed or multi-entity environments
Proven experience operating across multiple jurisdictions, currencies, and regulatory frameworks
Deep expertise in FP&A, treasury, tax, and financial structuring
Track record of building and leading high-performing teams in complex, fast-scaling organizations
Strong commercial instinct—able to translate financial insight into strategic action
Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels
