Yomali is entering its next phase of global expansion—scaling across jurisdictions, launching an M&A function, and increasing operational complexity.

This role exists to transform finance into a strategic powerhouse: building a world-class function that not only ensures control and compliance, but actively drives growth, capital efficiency, and enterprise value.

You will bring structure to complexity, clarity to decision-making, and pace to execution.

What You’ll Own

  • End-to-end ownership of the Group finance function across multiple countries and entities

  • Design and execution of a global finance operating model

  • Treasury strategy, capital allocation, and financial engineering to support growth and M&A

  • Development of a high-performance finance organization (current team of 12, scaling with acquisitions)

  • Implementation of systems, automation, and reporting infrastructure

  • Board-level reporting, insight generation, and strategic decision support

  • Full accountability for audit, tax, compliance, and risk across jurisdictions

What Success Looks Like

  • Within 12 months, you will have:

  • Built a scalable, best-in-class finance function with clear ownership and accountability

  • Reduced month-end close from weeks to days through automation and process redesign

  • Established real-time, decision-grade reporting across the Group

  • Positioned finance as a trusted strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team

  • Enabled seamless integration of acquisitions through a repeatable finance playbook


What We’re Looking For

  • 10–15+ years in senior finance leadership roles, ideally within private equity-backed or multi-entity environments

  • Proven experience operating across multiple jurisdictions, currencies, and regulatory frameworks

  • Deep expertise in FP&A, treasury, tax, and financial structuring

  • Track record of building and leading high-performing teams in complex, fast-scaling organizations

  • Strong commercial instinct—able to translate financial insight into strategic action

  • Comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on levels
