Yomali is hiring a hands-on Head of Marketing / Growth Hacker to build a full-funnel marketing engine from scratch across our portfolio of 5 fast-growing companies (SaaS, Fintech, eCommerce). This is a high-autonomy, first-person-on-the-ground role with full ownership of strategy, execution, and budget.
Build scalable 0→1 marketing engines that drive leads, brand authority, and inbound demand.
Create and execute B2B content, storytelling, and media campaigns across all channels.
Manage and grow a small high-performing marketing team (initially 2–4).
Optimize ROI across paid, organic, and social channels.
Support Sales, M&A, and Talent Acquisition with actionable marketing strategies.
Startup/scale-up experience building marketing from scratch.
Hands-on growth hacker who can balance brand + performance marketing.
Creative, autonomous, and metrics-driven.
Proven track record of 0→1 growth and measurable ROI.
Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
Nice-to-have: B2B media buying, eCommerce exposure, AI-enabled marketing experience.
