The Head of Operations is responsible for leading and optimizing the company’s operational strategy to ensure sustainable and efficient business growth. This role oversees organizational performance by aligning cross-functional teams, enhancing operational frameworks, and driving scalability across fintech, payments, and affiliate marketing functions.

This position requires a strategic and data-driven leader with a proven background in scaling high-growth businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall operational strategy and execution to ensure efficiency, scalability, and profitability.

  • Partner with the CEO and leadership team to define and execute the company's strategy, aligning operational goals with business objectives.

  • Establish key KPIs and reporting systems to monitor operational performance and business health.

  • Build, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance culture.

  • Develop and refine business processes to support growth, compliance, and sustainability.

  • Allocate resources effectively to align with business priorities and financial goals.

  • Act as an educator and mentor, sharing operational expertise and building organizational capability.

  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing business performance, identifying gaps, and implementing solutions.

  • Represent operations in cross-departmental and client-facing discussions, clearly communicating complex strategies and insights.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in senior operational leadership roles (COO, Head of Operations, or equivalent).

  • Strong track record in fintech, e-commerce, affiliate marketing, or payments industries.

  • Demonstrated success in scaling businesses and driving operational excellence.

  • Proven ability to build and manage high-performing teams.

  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
