This is not a turnaround or speculative startup role. You will be scaling businesses that already work — bringing structure, predictability, and leadership to accelerate revenue expansion.
The Opportunity:
This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who wants real ownership, impact, and influence. It suits a sales leader who has successfully built a sales engine before and wants the opportunity to do it again with full backing and long-term upside. You will:
Win net new customers
Open new market segments
Build predictable pipeline and revenue
Scale a high-performing sales team
Early phase: operate as both architect and executor — closing deals yourself while building the system and hiring your team.
What You’ll Do:
Build and execute a full sales strategy
Create outbound motion and pipeline
Personally close early deals
Hire and lead SDRs, AEs, and future sales hires
Own forecasting, metrics, and revenue outcomes
Partner with marketing to scale demand
Success in Year One:
Establish a repeatable outbound motion
Hire and ramp your sales team
Achieve predictable pipeline coverage
Win new logos in different market segments
What We’re Looking For:
Must have proven track record building and scaling B2B sales engines from scratch
Must have led B2B sales within eCommerce, payments, marketplace, or commerce-enablement technology companies.
Player-coach mindset with strong leadership instincts
Willing to travel for key events and conferences globally
