Yomali is ready to scale and we’re hiring a Head of Sales to build our sales engine from the ground up. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who wants real ownership, real impact, and real influence.
The Opportunity
You’ll design and lead Yomali’s go-to-market motion, with a clear mandate:
Win net new customers
Open new market segments
Build predictable pipeline and revenue
Scale a high-performing sales team
In the early phase, you’ll operate as both architect and executor closing deals yourself while building the system and hiring the team around you.
What You’ll Do
Build and execute sales strategy
Create outbound motion and pipeline
Personally close early deals
Hire and lead SDRs, AE’s and future sales hires
Own forecasting, metrics, and revenue outcomes
Partner with marketing to scale demand
Working hours: US (Remote, EST) | Reports to CEO
What We’re Looking For
Proven track record building and scaling B2B sales engines from scratch
Experience across the full funnel (generate → qualify → close → expand)
Background in SaaS, fintech, payments, ecommerce, or tech
Player-coach mindset with strong leadership instincts
Comfortable with ambiguity and high ownership
Willing to travel for key events and conferences globally
