Join Our Growing Team & Help Scale Our Cloud Infrastructure

🚀 About Yomali

At Yomali, we help businesses sell smarter, leverage big data, and optimize growth through cutting-edge tech in CRM, payments, and traffic generation. For 20+ years, we’ve been a remote-first, developer-led company—profitable, stable, and focused on innovation without bureaucracy.

Now, we're migrating to AWS and modernizing our stack—transitioning from monolithic systems to containers, microservices, and IaC—and we need a skilled DevOps Engineer to help make it happen.

💡 The Role

You’ll be a key contributor in our DevOps team, supporting:

  • AWS cloud migration – Assist in designing, deploying, and optimizing our new infrastructure.
  • Modernization efforts – Help transition from legacy systems to Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Day-to-day DevOps – Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve reliability, security, and performance.
  • Automation – Reduce manual work through Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD tooling.

This is a hands-on technical role—perfect for someone with 5+ years of DevOps experience who enjoys collaborative problem-solving and wants to grow their skills in a scaling environment.

  • Assist in migrating workloads to AWS (EC2, RDS, ECS, etc.).
  • Help implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
  • Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).

  • Monitor systems (CloudWatch, Datadog) and troubleshoot issues.
  • Improve security, backups, and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Work with developers to enhance deployment reliability and speed.

⚡ Who You Are

  • 5+ years of DevOps/SRE experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
  • Hands-on with CI/CD, IaC (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, Terraform, Pulumi) or similar technologies, and a deep understanding of CI/CD principles and best practices.
  • Proven experience with configuration management tools (Ansible) or similar technologies.
  • Experienced with containers (Docker, ECS/Kubernetes) and scripting (Bash/Python).
  • Understand networking, security, and monitoring in cloud environments.
  • A problem solver who enjoys automation and optimizing systems.
  • Self-organized, goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote and distributed team environment
