The Opportunity

Yomali is entering its next phase of growth.

Today, we operate multiple software businesses generating ~$15M+ in revenue. Our growth to date has been strong—but not yet systematic. Sales is largely driven by existing relationships, with no centralized, outbound sales engine in place.

We are now transitioning toward a scalable, recurring revenue (MRR) model—and this role is critical to making that happen.

We’re hiring a Head of Sales to build and lead that transformation.

This is not a “manage and optimize” role.
This is a zero → one → scale build.

What You’ll Own

You will take full ownership of the commercial function, with a clear mandate to:

  • Build a repeatable, outbound-led sales engine

  • Reduce reliance on event-driven and relationship-based sales

  • Win net new customers across new market segments

  • Create predictable pipeline and revenue

  • Design the structure, roles, and metrics across the full funnel

  • Scale a high-performing sales team over time

What This Role Actually Looks Like

In the early phase, you will operate as both architect and executor:

  • In the first phase, you will personally close deals and generate revenue as an IC.

  • Build outbound motion from scratch (ICP, messaging, channels)

  • Hire and develop SDRs and early sales team members

  • Introduce structure, process, and accountability into sales

  • Select and implement the sales tech stack

  • Partner with leadership to define future marketing function needs

Within 12 months, success looks like:

  • A functioning outbound engine

  • A high performing sales team

  • A clear path to predictable, scalable revenue

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Experience:

  • Proven track record building and scaling a B2B sales engine from scratch

  • Deep understanding of the full funnel: generate → qualify → close → expand

  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, payments, ecommerce, or similar

  • Strong player-coach—willing to close while building

  • Experience selling into SMB–mid-market businesses with recurring revenue models

  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity with full ownership
